Here’s the plan:

Make a late lunch
Take some stuff out of the freezer for dinner
Clean for a bit until it starts raining
Then start my laundry
Sit down with a movie
Paint my nails/toes
Shower
Get ready for work
Work
Go for a run (to)
CrossFit
Blah blah blah carry on my Monday and week…

Side note… This all requires me to get out of bed. After working this morning I made a huge mistake. I took an impromptu nap. Now, I’m just hoping I can come back to life and recover from in.

Updates to follow…

come on people.

I’ve decided tomorrow I’m going to clear out my dash. I’m SO SICK of seeing half naked women all over my page. Honestly? I don’t give a shit of some twig in a skimpy bikini. That doesn’t make me feel motivated at all. Especially when it’s usually some 15 year old girl who has never worked out a day in her life. She just happens to have an awesome metabolism and skinny build. Before and after pictures? I LOVE those. I hate it when it’s someone who weighed 126 and then dropped to a whopping 104. Congrats? I’m so proud you were already perfectly healthy and now you’re underweight. Don’t get me wrong, when you can tone up and everything, that’s awesome. But let’s get real kids. I didn’t decide to change my lifestyle because I’m 5’2” and weigh 118 pounds. I made this decision because I needed to. Things were getting out of control. So if you’re struggling, and losing a pound at a time; let me know. Guess what. Me too. All of this fucking fitness model pictures are bullshit. All of these tweens and teens sunbathing in mexico is bullshit. Sorry that’ I’m not sorry. This may offend some, but it’s how I feel.

I had to get that off my chest after scrolling through tumblr for about 20 minutes. Tomorrow, the weeding begins. As for right now? It’s 2108, andI’m so happy I’m tired. I’ll go to sleep right away. Then, I wake up and bust ass. I’m really going to kick this 30 day challenge’s ass. Praying I don’t get called in to work, at least not before 1030. I have running and CrossFit to conquer! I’m hoping things can go as planned, at least from 530-1030.

Goodnight <3

My Tips on Fitting Exercise Into Your Day:
Schedule it - Mark it on your calendar or planner and treat it as an important meeting, not to be missed!
Wake up earlier - For a lot of people, waking up earlier than normal is a horrible inconvenience.. but it’s also a great way to get a workout in before your day has even officially begun! (Trust me, it’s such an awesome feeling walking out of the gym as all your fellow bleary-eyed gym-goers are just walking in!)
Keep your workout gear close-by - By keeping a set of workout clothes in your car at all times, you give yourself NO excuse not to hit the gym after school or work. Just swing by the gym on your way home ;)
No gym? No problem! - Bodyrocktv on Youtube has AWESOME, intense, at-home workouts that you can do for $0 and minimal time! There are also a massive amount of workout DVDs available online.
Avoid the elevator - You can burn extra calories by skipping modern conveniences. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park far away, not in front of the store, skip the car and take your bike..
Take breaks - Get up from your desk, stretch and go for a quick walk to the coffee machine or the water fountain. Sitting for long periods of time is unhealthy, so give yourself a break.
Use time wisely - While you’re waiting for the shower to heat up or your ride to arrive, do jumping jacks, push ups, squats, burpees.. anything you feel like to get your body moving. At least it’s SOMETHING.
Squeeze it in - Even if you don’t have one giant block of time, you can squeeze in 10 minutes here and there of something like Yoga, Pilates or Tabata style workouts.
On the phone? Walk! - Don’t sit if you spend a lot of time on the phone. When given the opportunity, walk and talk.
If exercise and health is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse. You’ve only got one body, take care of it! =)

round 436

Yet again, I fell off the tumblr bandwagon again. But I’m backkkkkk. I’ve stuck to Paleo pretty well, last week was a little touch and go. Crossfit is still kicking my ass, in the best way possible. I’m going to give running a real shot again. I’m going to try to give up the smokes too… Baby steps. I think I’m going to break down and start weighing myself too. I’m hoping to hit certain mile stones by certain times… A scale is the only way I’ll know if I’ve met the challenge. Hopefully I just don’t get discourages. I also have to remember to not weigh myself THAT often. it’s more for just seeing progress.I’m not actually going to, but I’m going to pretend I’m trainning for a marathon. Just to have some structure and see if I can stick to running for a bit. Again, baby steps. So many plans. So many goals. So little time.

Until tomorrow, kids. (I hope)

PS I blame Fifty Shades of Grey for distracting me from tumblr :X
